Privacy Policy

Effective date · 5 November 2026

This policy describes what information is processed when you visit this website or work with the exchange, why it is processed, and how to exercise your rights.

Overview

ShuorenGoose operates a programmatic advertising exchange that connects app inventory with demand partners. This policy explains what information is processed when you visit this website or work with the exchange, and the choices available to you.

It applies to this website and to the auction traffic we operate. Partner platforms process data under their own policies, which we recommend reviewing separately.

Information we process

We keep collection limited to what an exchange needs to run an auction and to answer a business enquiry.

  • Website: information you submit through the contact form, such as name, company, work email, role and message.
  • Technical: device and browser details, approximate region, referring page and timestamps recorded in server logs.
  • Auction: app identifiers, placement identifiers, bid requests and responses, win notices and delivery events.
  • Business records: contracting entity, payout or billing details and correspondence with our team.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses only the storage needed to keep the site working and to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles of visitors.

Auction traffic uses device identifiers and app-level signals rather than browser cookies. Where local storage is required for frequency control or measurement, it is described in the partner agreement that governs that traffic.

How information is used

Information is used to operate auctions, return relevant bids, prevent invalid traffic, settle accounts and respond to enquiries.

Aggregated figures may be used to understand platform performance and to improve routing. We do not sell contact details submitted through this website.

Legal basis and legitimate interest

Where the GDPR applies, processing relies on contract performance for account operations, consent where required by local rules, and legitimate interest for fraud prevention, security and aggregate measurement.

Our legitimate interest assessment weighs the operational need for these activities against the rights of individuals. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time by contacting us, and we will stop unless there are compelling grounds that override your rights.

Where consent is the chosen basis, it can be withdrawn through the controls provided by the relevant app or partner, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

Sharing and international transfers

Bid requests are shared with demand partners participating in an auction, limited to what is needed to evaluate and respond to that request. Service providers process data on our behalf under written terms.

Where information is transferred across regions, we apply contractual safeguards and review the transfer route as part of vendor onboarding.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, object to certain processing, or ask for a portable copy. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Requests can be sent to the contact address below. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

Children's privacy

The exchange is intended for business audiences. Apps directed to children are handled under the applicable children's privacy framework, with restricted signals and no behavioural targeting, and are reviewed during onboarding.

Changes to this policy

This policy is reviewed when the platform or applicable rules change. The effective date below reflects the current version, and material changes are communicated to account contacts.
